What a fun car! Another surprise from Mexico. Prowl was produced with more black on the body, a different sticker set, etc etc. Like many Mexican toys, the plastic and stickers seem a bit shoddier. Note that they say Policia instead of Police. :-) Note the use of Ratchet sirens on the top versus Prowl sirens (2-pc vs 1-pc). There are three known variants on the Mexican Prowl.
